I work closely with individuals and families of all stages of life and wealth levels to understand their estate planning needs and goals and then prepare appropriate estate planning documents to meet those goals.

In addition to planning for property transfers at death, I assist individuals to develop lifetime gifting strategies. I also help business owners to develop succession plans in coordination with their personal estate planning objectives.

I assist fiduciaries with the probate estate settlement process in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.

I also assist individual and corporate trustees with trust administration and settlement matters, trust modifications and decanting of trusts, when appropriate.

I have had the privilege of serving on several nonprofit boards and committees for organizations in Nashua and Manchester promoting education, the arts, affordable housing, and community support.

While I love to travel, I always look forward to taking full advantage of living in New Hampshire with my family. I spend as much time as possible outdoors, whether skiing in the winter or hiking, cycling, and boating in the summer.
