New attorneys are assigned a shareholder mentor whose primary role is to assist in the attorney’s career development at Devine Millimet. The mentor supervises the work flow, to insure a broad range of work within the attorney’s areas of concentration, and provides personal guidance and advice on issues such as administrative responsibilities, business development and career advancement.
