BiographyBrendan is a shareholder of Devine Millimet and a member of our Commercial Litigation Group. As an experienced litigator in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, he represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal trial appellate courts in a variety of areas, including general business litigation, insurance coverage issues, construction litigation, medical malpractice defense, product liability defense, real estate, and probate and family court litigation.
Brendan has represented institutional and individual clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, before arbitrators and mediators. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, multi-national and automobile insurance companies, real estate developers, general contractors, manufacturers, and municipal clients.
Brendan works out of our Manchester, New Hampshire office.
